A small knife

Instructions: 

 

1. Grab the head and the body and twist to separate them. Discard the head

2. Pull the legs off from the tail

3. Peel off the shell from the tail

4. Take your small knife and find the black 'vein' running along the underside of the body. Carefully pick it out and discard
